Early Bird Entry Fee is $180 per team.  The Early Bird Entry is valid until April 30, 2013.

From May 1, the standard entry fee is $220 per team.

All competitors will be required to sign a release and indemnity and bring with you to registration on race day.

Entry cancellations can be made up until Sunday 1st July, when a refund (less 25%) will be made.  Refunds or transfers will NOT be given after this date.  The cancellation policy is strict.

In the event of an “act of God” (fires, floods etc), organisers will attempt to re-schedule the race.  No refunds or transfers will be made if you are not able to attend the re-scheduled date.  Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if no suitable date can be found to re-schedule.
